Chief Financial Officer Mr. Cashion began working with the Shell Technology Venture group in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer for several of the portfolio companies. He began his career as an auditor in the Atlanta, Georgia office of Ernst & Young. His primary audit client was the Coca-Cola Company. In the early 1980’s, Chris joined Baker International in Houston, Texas. While at Baker he held senior level financial and business development positions and was involved in numerous mergers, acquisitions and divestitures including Baker’s acquisition of Hughes Tool Company. Chris left Baker for a Chief Financial Officer position with First Reserve Energy Services Corp, a group of companies owned by the private equity firm of First Reserve Corporation. Chris earned his BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of Houston and is also a CPA. He is married with three children and is very active in various Christian ministries. |
